Meet Justin: 20 Years in HVAC. A Brand-New Company.
Justin has 20 years of HVAC experience. He worked his way up from the ground floor — from hauling equipment and running ductwork to diagnosing service calls and sizing equipment — and founded Hometown Comfort Solutions in 2026 after watching private equity change a company from the inside.
Because he’s trained in sizing and options, the same person who looks at your system can size the new one and give you the price — no second visit from a salesperson.
From Helper to Owner
Two decades in the trade, one step at a time — from the ground floor to running his own company.
Installer’s helper
Hauling equipment, running ductwork, and learning the work from the ground up.

Worked his way up to running his own install van.

Moved into service — diagnosing and fixing what broke.
Selling service tech
Trained to size equipment and give homeowners repair and replacement options right in the home, instead of sending a separate salesperson.
Field supervisor and service manager
Moved up to field supervisor and service manager.
Operations and leadership — 7 years
Spent 7 years in operations and leadership roles at a local South Hills HVAC company, until it was bought out by private equity.
2026 — Founded Hometown Comfort Solutions
Started his own company so Washington County homeowners get the person who knows the work doing the work.
